We here at Rockademy take high priority when it comes to child protection, which is why we kindly ask that you complete the photo/video consent from below. This is your way of you giving us permission to take images and sometimes short video clips of your little rock stars in action within school - We often share photos and short videos with the world via our social media platforms and sometimes on our website or for promo material. Images, like the one's to the right are a great way of showing off the talent that we are helping to create at Rockademy.

By answering yes on the form below, you will have supplied Rockademy teachers permission to take photos and/or video clip of them participating in our music lessons. By doing so you understand that there may be a chance that a photo of your child may appear on any of our public sites - Website, social media, flyers, newsletters etc.
